The Fire Hour · live, once a month
One evening a month, live, with me — not a recording and not an AI version of me. An hour at minimum, and longer if the questions call for it.
Not a presentation. An open surgery.
Next session
Thursday 1 October
20:00 – 22:00 CET · online via Zoom
You pay online. Straight afterwards you get the confirmation and the joining link in your inbox.
What it is and isn’t
The model, the eight steps, the four trust questions — you can read all of it here without paying a cent. What you buy here is something else: that I look at your situation and say what I would do.
This is what it isn’t
Not a webinar with two hundred people and a chat nobody reads.
Not a slide deck you could have downloaded.
Not a sales pitch with an offer in the last fifteen minutes.
This is what it is
Maximum twenty-five people, so I can hear everyone.
Your own stuck situation, discussed out loud.
I stop when the questions run out, not when the clock says so.
How the evening runs
The structure is fixed, the length isn’t. If there are a lot of situations on the table, it runs longer.
Why there is a cap
That is the whole reason, and it isn’t a sales trick. A room of two hundred is cheaper for me and worth less to you, because then it becomes a presentation again.
If an evening is full, you move to the next month. No extra session is added and there is no countdown clock on this page. That would be rather awkward in a book about the difference between urgency and pressure.
If there is a recording, nobody names their real situation. Then you get polite questions about the model instead of the conversation you came for. What is said in the Fire Hour stays in the Fire Hour.
Preparation
When you register I ask for one sentence about what isn’t moving for you. That is the threshold, and it is also the first step of the Fire Path: standing still and looking instead of solving.
Straight after payment you get an email with the four questions of the Fire Diagnosis. Fill them in whenever it suits. It takes ten minutes and it is worth it, even if you never show up.
The only rule
Don’t fill in anything you haven’t heard.
An empty space isn’t a problem. That is exactly what we are going to talk about.
That way I walk into the evening with your situation already on paper. No half hour of introductions, and your question gets covered because I already know it.
If you can’t write that one sentence, this isn’t the moment yet. I am allowed to say that.
Between sessions
Sometimes you don’t want to discuss something in a group. A conversation happening tomorrow, a proposal that has to go out, a team where something is going on you would rather not say out loud.
Then we book an hour, just the two of us. On request, in the days between the Fire Hours.
No subscription, no minimum. You ask for it when you nod it.

Questions
No. You will get more out of it if you have read Part I, and that is free. But the evening works without it, because we start with your situation and not with the theory.
No. But whoever filled in the four questions goes first, simply because then I know what it is about. Anyone who sends nothing can just listen in.
Preferably, but you don’t have to. I do ask anyone bringing their situation to be on camera, because it doesn’t work if I am talking to a black square.
Let me know and you move to the next month. There is a session every month, so you miss nothing.
No, there is no recording. That is a deliberate choice: without cameras everybody names their real situation, and that is exactly what the evening is about.
No, and it would be hard for me to make it one. There is no offer in the last fifteen minutes. If you want to go further afterwards, you know where to find me — that is the order this whole book argues for.
Yes, it comes automatically with your payment confirmation.
Next session
One evening, one question from you, and an honest answer. Thirty-nine euros, and if it wasn’t for you I would like to hear that.
